JAMMU, Feb 12: `Bouna Rukh’- Punjabi translation of SSP Shalendra Singh’s Dogri novel `Hashiye Te’ was released today at India International Centre, New Delhi.Translated by Baljit Singh Raina, the novel narrates story of three generations since Independence of the country, who remain deprived of Government schemes for the BPL (Below Poverty Line) people.
