Jammu ,09-Mar : One person was killed, thirteen other injured in mysterious blast at busy Slathia Chowk in Udhampur district on Wednesday, officials said. A police officer confirmed that there was a blast this afternoon in the busy market, leading to on the spot death of a civilian and injuries to 13 others.Soon after the information, senior police officers along with experts reached the spot and are trying to ascertain the nature the blast which hitherto remains mysterious.Union Minister Jitendra Sigh confirmed that a blast took place near Tehsildar Office In Udhampur.“Blast explosion around “Rehri” near Tehsildar office at #Udhampur. One life lost, 13 injured being moved to hospital.I am in touch with D.C Smt Indu Chib on minute to minute basis.
