Pattan,31-Mar: Due to Carelessness and Mismanagement in Block Development office Pattan in District Baramulla ,an important Road which was constructed with the aim to Control Traffic Mess on Srinagar Baramulla National Highway is awaiting completion, despite repeated Direction’s from SDM Pattan.On Thursday morning, Worst and Heavy Traffic Mess was witnessed in Pattan during which Commuters from various areas of North Kashmir had to spent hours in Jam although Pattan and Palhallan Police diverted traffic from different ways but still it took hours to reach destinations.To Control the Traffic Mess on National Highway at Pattan, last Year admin gave signal for the construction of a Temporary Bypass Road at Pattan which was Supposed to be Used during peak hour’s but unfortunately despite one year BDO Pattan has failed to develop the road.Commuters have urged concerned authorities for the completion of road so that it can be used for smooth plying of traffic.SDM Pattan, Syed Faheem told that Rs 10 Lacs have been sanctioned by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla for the completion of the said work.‘’We will speed up the work and will Complete development of the said Road as soon as Possible”.(CNS)
