The Northern Army Commander, Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi, was today briefed on the situation along Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Ladakh region. Dwivedi reached Leh on Saturday on a five-day Ladakh visit. This is his maiden visit to Fire and Fury Corps after taking over the Northern Army Command, based at Udhampur.The Army Commander was briefed by Lieutenant General A Sengupta, General Officer Commanding, Fire and Fury Corps, on the prevalent security situation along the LAC with China.
