Pattan 06 April, : A person was killed and woman injured in a scuffle in Pattan village of Baramulla district in north Kashmir.Sources told that two neighbours had assembled to sort out some dispute on polar tree, however it happened that during the course of meeting the parties started exchanging heated arguments”, a local source said adding the arguments only intensified with time, leading to a scuffle.“During the scuffle, a 65-Year old Government Employee of Rakhs & Farm department identified as Sonaullah Dar son of Mohd Ramzan Dar resident of Gundibrahim Pattan was Killed and another Woman Injured”, the source said.“Both of them were evacuated to Trauma hospital, where 65-year-old man was declared brought dead. The injured Lady was Shifted to Srinagar Hospital for further treatment.”Official sources wile confirming about the incident said that body has handed over to the family after completing medico-legal formalities.Meanwhile FIR Under Section 302 has been registered in Police Station Pattan for further investigation.(CNS)
