Pattan,07-Apr: Spokesperson of Bhartiya Janta Party said that Congress and former chief minister Omar Abdullah cannot escape from the collective responsibility of Afzal Guru’s execution as without the consent of the former Chief Minister, he could not have been hanged.While addressing function at SSM College Pattan BJP Spokesperson Thakur Abijeet Jasrotia alleged that Afzal Guroo was Murdered by Congress Government by Seeking Proper Consent and Permission from the-then Chief Minister Omer Abdulla only to Get Political mileage.“Afzal Guroo was on Serial No 14 and how is it possible to hand Directly the accused Serial 14, why other 13 Convicted were not hanged”, He questioned.He further added that it was a conspiracy against Guroo to hang him without allowing him to meet his family members otherwise it is the fundamental of every Convicted person to meet family members before hanging.He accused Congress and former CM of indulging in partisan politics at the cost of image of the country having subverted its system by not allowing Guru’s family to have at least last minute meeting with him.(CNS)
