Pattan, 21-Mar: Jammu and Kashmir Police have booked Eighteen Persons for Unlawful assembly rioting with deadly weapons, Causing Hurt ,Loss of Property and attempt to Murder during a Shuffle between two Group’s of Shia Community in Kripalpora Hanjiwera area of District Baramulla.According to On 17th of this Month near about one dozen of people were Injured during a Shuffle between two groups of Shai Community over Fencing of Ziyarat in Kripalpora Village of Pattan.Later, heavy Contingent of security forces were deployed in the area along with Magistrate to Maintain Peace in the area.Meanwhile, after taking cognizance of the incident, Pattan Police booked eighteen Persons from both Sides and Cases Under FIR No 83 and 84 of 2022 Under Section 147,148,354,307,427,323 of Indian Penal code have been registered against them and investigation has been initiated.(CNS)
