Bijbehara, 22-Sep; Rural Engineering wing in Block Bijebhara is in shambles as the officials including Clerks ,Je’s and Assistant Engineer are unable to do justice with the contractors of different Halqas thus giving a jolt to the developmental process of whole block .A group of Contractors while speaking to said that the officials posted in Rural Engineering wing have a mature stay thus have taken things forgrantted and believe they are not accountable to any senior officer.‘’One of official posted as Assistant to Assistant Engineer block Bijebhara has a mature stay of more than 8 years and nobody is ready to transfer him from the block’’, they said .Few members of the deputation said there is dull work culture in rural engineer wing of many blocks and added if admin really want development in blocks than these officials need to gear up.Locals of Bijebhara while seeking attention from concerned BDO,have also Appealed Executive Engineer Rew Anantnag and Se REW kashmir to look into this issue and call detailed report from Assistant Engineer Bijebehara regarding the dull work culture of Rew wing of bijebhera block.(CNS)
