Ganderbal, 08-Jan; Cracks appeared in power canal road near Chodribagh area of Dobipora in Ganderbal District leaving the residents of the area panic-stricken. Videos of the incident from the ground showed passersby standing amid massive cracks in the road.Locals in the area accuse authorities of lackadaisical attitude towards the development of power canal as they alleged that power canal craves for the up gradation.Meanwhile,DDC Chairman Ganderbal Nuzhat ishfaq while speaking to said that she has directed MD PDC Raja Yaqoob regarding cracks in power canal and asked him to take immediate necessary steps for safety of life and property.Locals Residents have sought intervention of DC Ganderbal and urged him to come to the rescue of the locals at an earliest.
