Sunil Dimple seeks withdrawal of the delimitation report, restoration of statehood

    Jammu, 11-Feb; Mission Statehood President, Sunil Dimple has asked for the withdrawal of Delimitation report and restoration of statehood before delimitation and hold delimitation as per the 2021 census.While leading a protest rally at Amphalla Janipur high court road, dimple burnt down the copies of delimitation Report and out rightly rejected the report and demanded the prime minister to withdraw this report immediately.“ I appeal PM Narendra Modi to withdraw the report as it has created a law and order problem and every citizen, political parties are opposing this report”, Dimple said.Dimple demanded the restoration J&K Statehood, special status, 370 before holding the delimitation in Jammu Kashmir and then re conduct the delimitation as per 2021 census of the assembly parliament constituencies. Dimple alleged in the report there is great injustice and the great discrimination with Jammu west assembly constituency, largest constituency of j&k.“ The west constituency has become a extra large constituency as more city and bhalwal areas have been added in this west constituency”, he added.He demanded for the bifurcation of the west assembly constituency into two assembly constituencies, grant of district status to west assembly constituency.While demanding Jammu district as a separate MP parliament seat Dimple termed the merger of Poonch- Anantnag seat as discrimination with the Jammu region.Dimple also expressed anger on the Hijaab Controversy communal tension created by the BJP.Dimple sought PM Modi’s & SC supreme court’s intervention without any delay, to stop the spreading communal tension in india.“This hijab controversy is the child brain of the BJP bhartiya janta party keeping in view the UP and other states elections”,he added.(CNS)
