The Crime Branch Cell of Delhi Police detained one suspect identified as Surinder Singh alias Kala, president of Narwal Mandi, Jammu, in connection with former MLC Tarlochan Singh Wazir’s murder case.According to reports, a five-member team of the Crime Branch Cell took Surinder Singh to New Delhi for further inquiry.
