Kupwara, 09-Nov; A Maruti Alto car carrying passengers skidded off and stuck in trees near BSF Peer Baba, Sarkuli, Kalaroos area of Kupwara in north Kashmir on Tuesday Morning.The vehicle belonging to Hav Mumtaj (101TA) from Nunwani was observed by An Army Patrol in vicinity from Sarkuli, who immediately rushed to incident site.The team with the help of an Army ALS and villagers around recovered the vehicle. There was no injury reported to individual driving the car.The villagers were advised to be more cautious especially between Sarkuli and Machhal which has many hairpin curves. The route would be more precarious during forthcoming winters. The locals were also assured that Indian Army would always be there as first responders for all types of contingencies.(CNS)
