JAMMU, Feb 12: Prominent Legal Eagle and geo strategic expert Ashok Bhan received a life time award from New Delhi based Kashmir Educational, Cultural and Scientific Society (KECSS), a reputed organization founded by distinguished professionals in diverse fields.The Award was conferred to Ashok Bhan for his distinguished professional and social services by chairman of the Society at a function attended by galaxy of prominent authors, bureaucrats, cultural personalities, professors, lawyers and public representatives.
