KISHTWAR, JANUARY 24: The District Rent Assessment Committee, which met here today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Dr Devansh Yadav approved 12 rent cases.The rent cases pertaining to Police, Army, Higher Education, Youth services and Sports, FCS&CA, Education, ICDS, Social welfare, ISM, ITI Paddar, RDD besides Health department were approved by the Committee.The Committee discussed the fixation of rent of various structures in which various government offices are functioning across the district.The meeting was attended by SSP Kishtwar Khalil Ahmed Poswal (KPS), ACR Varunjeet Singh Charak;ACP Zakir Wani,District Social Welfare officer, Zubair Ahmed; AD FSC&CA ; CDPO/DIO Dr. Kuldeep Kumar besides the concerned district officers, BDOs and representatives from Army.Addressing the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner asked the officers to pay rent to the concerned owners of land and structures on time and ensure safety of the Government/rented property.
