SHOPIAN, DECEMBER 04: A meeting of revenue officers and officials was held today at Mini Secretariat Shopian to review the provision of revenue services and the verification of digitized records in the district.The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar and attended by ADC, Dr.Zakir Hussain Faaz, ACR, Tehsildars and other officials of the revenue department along with DIO Shopian.ACR Shopian at the outset detailed the status of online services being provided to the people through Revenue Plus Portal, and other issues being faced during the verification process of the digitized records.The DC stressed the time bound delivery of Revenue services to the public. No application should exceed its timelines, he said while emphasizing on prompt provision of services.He also reviewed the verification process of digitized records, and impressed upon all officers to pace up the verification process and complete it within set timelines fixed by the department
