To promote fitness, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), 07 Bn Jammu organised a Five-kilometre Fit India Freedom Run in Jammu and around 500 SSB personnel on Wednesday participated in a Fit India Movement run here as part of the campaign to generate awareness among the troops and their families about physical exercise for good health.

Sh. Rakesh Dogra, Asstt. Commandant and other officials of SSB 07 Bn Jammu Participated and gave a message to the public to include physical and sports activities in their daily life to remain healthy and fit.
The campaign started from August 15 under the aegis of the Ministry of Sports. This campaign is aimed to generate awareness among the masses for a fit India.
