On this a case FIR No.156/2020 u/s 302,34 IPC got registered at Police Station R S Pura and investigation run into motion.
- It is pertinent to mention that one Daleep Raj S/O Ghirdari Lal a resident of Badyal Qazian RS Pura ,Jammu was attacked by his friends and neighbourers 1.Raj Kumar 2.Bikram Jeet both sons of Daya Ram and 3.Rohit Kumar S/O Surinder Kumar all residents of Badyal Qazian , RS Pura,during playing of game PUBG on social media.
*Daleep was attacked by the accused on his head by wooden logs,and he died. After committing the crime all the accussed absconds from the area.
*Police teams of P/S R S Pura led by SHO RS Pura Ins Jai Pal Sharma under the supervision of SDPO R S Pura Shabir Khan acting swiftly and carried out rigorous searches in RS Pura and adjoining areas , arrested all the accussed involved in this crime.Further investigation in the case is going on.
