On 09.09.2020, an information received at P/S Purmandal that two minors including a boy and girl have been roaming at bus stand Purmandal.
Acting on the information, a Police party of P/S Purmandal reached the area, traced the minors and brought them safely at P/S Purmandal. On questioning about their identity, the said minors divulge their names as Gorav Sahu S/o Narayana Sahu and Nandni Sahu D/o Narayana Sahu both R/O Uttar Pardesh A/P Janipur, Jammu. Later it came to be known that both the minors are brother & sister and were lost while traveling to their grandmother’s (Nani) house.
Immediately SHO P/S Purmandal established contact to their relative who were later called at P/S Purmandal to identify the said astrayed minors.
After proper verification and completion of all legal formalities, the said minors have been handed over to their legal heir. The family members thanked the Police for their arduous effort.
