DISTRICT POLICE KATHUA WAR ON DRUGS/NARCOTICS, ONE HELD WITH 5.18 GMS OF HEROIN LIKE NARCOTIC KATHUA; 12JUNE; Kathua Police continuing war on drugs putting concrete efforts to eradicate the drugs menace and in consequence District Police Kathua today recovered Heroin like narcotics in the JD of Hiranagar Police Station and one person was arrested in this connection.On the overall directions of SSP Kathua, Sh. R.C Kotwal -JKPS, today on 12.06.2021 a team of Police Station Hiranagar led by Insp. Anil Kumar SHO P/S Hiranagar laid down a naka at GDC Hiranagar, during naka checking they apprehended one suspect namely Teg Ali S/o Karim Khan Age:- 25Yrs. R/o Gurha Beldhara Hiranagar. On Physical search, approximately 5.18 grams of heroin(chitta) like narcotics was recovered from his illegal possession. On this ,a case FIR No. 81/2021 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act stands registered at P/S Hiranagar and further investigation is under process.#warondrugs.
