Jammu: On 14-09-2020, a lady named Nisha Devi W/O Raj Kumar R/O Kirpalpur Tehsil Marh Distt Jammu reported at BPP Gajansoo that her husband was murdered by her father in law. She alleged that on intervening night of 13/14-09-2020, she along with her husband namely Raj Kumar was sleeping in the yard of the house and her father in law had also slept in the verandah. She suddenly woke up when she heard some noise and saw that her father in law namely Krishan Lal S/O Chuni Lal R/O Kirpalpur was hitting her husband with an unknown object, due to which her husband died on spot. On this, she made noise and called the panch of the village on the spot. In this regard, a case FIR NO 151/2020 U/S 302 IPC was registered in P/S Kahna Chak. As the death of the deceased occurred in suspicious circumstances and in order to ascertain the actual cause of death police team visited the spot and inspected the spot very minutely, police team utilized all means of manual and technical help and services of FSL team, crime Photographer, Videographer. Also On investigation, it came out that a scuffle with each other regarding land disputes happened on the same day. Post-Mortem of the deceased got conducted through board of doctors and accused finally got arrested. After completion of all legal formalities dead body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
