Srinagar,28-Jan; Army organized a medical camp at Koyul, a border village located at an altitude of nearly 13800 feet. The village is located in one of the remotest areas of Eastern Ladakh with a population of approximately 70 families.In a statement issued to CNS, PRO (Defence), Srinagar said that the village is devoid of any local medical facility in its near vicinity. Therefore, Formations under Fire and Fury Corps organized a medical camp at Koyul village on 22 Jan 2023.“The camp focused at providing medical aid to the villagers and counsel them on various health related issues such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, osteoarthritis, cardiac diseases, anemia, fungal infections and malnutrition in children”,he said
