August 24: Awantipora Police felicitates martial art player who showed her outstanding performance during the Independence Day function at District Police Lines Awantipora.
In order to boost the morale of the female martial art player namely Sumaiya Saif, SSP Awantipora awarded her with the appreciation certificate, memento and cash price.
It is pertinent to mention here that the said girl Sumaiya Saif has participated in National level event of martial art in year 2019 at Tripura and International Level at South Korea in year 2014 representing the nation.
SSP Awantipora on the felicitation event said that the Sumaiya is going to encourage the youth especially girls to participate in sports events and health activities.
