Srinagar 26 June (CNS): National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday morning raided several places across Kashmir in connection with the Over Ground Worker (OGW) case.An official told the news agency CNS that the sleuths of the NIA raided a number of places in the early morning in south and north Kashmir. It was further said that the raids were pertaining to the OGW case.The places which were raided by the agency include south Kashmir’s Shopian, Pulwama, Kulgam districts and north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.The searches were carried out by NIA along with the local police and CRPF. To keep the law and order from disturbing, additional forces were deployed in the targeted areas where searches were to be conducted. Pertinent to mention that the NIA has been conducting the raids in the J&K of late pertaining to the varied issues, mostly militancy related ones.
