Baramulla,24-Mar: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday said that it has arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 120 grams of contraband Charas like substance during naka checking at chellan Boniyar of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.SSP Baramulla told CNS that Police under the supervision of Shokat Ali-JKPS, SDPO Uri assisted by DySP Prob Kubra Nazir-JKPS, SHO PS Boniyar arrested 2 Drug Peddlers.They were identified as Wazir Ahmad Joo resident of Trikanjan & Syed Shahid Hussain resident of Gingal. The duo was coming from Chellan towards Boniyar on reaching Chellan and on seeing the naka party tried to flee from the spot but were apprehend tactfully by the alert naka party.During their personal search 120 grams of Charas like substance & Cash 10K was recovered from them and were taken into custody immediately.
