Leh, Jan 30: The Education Department conducted a day-long enrollment drive under the supervision of Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Nubra, at Bogdang village today. In-charge Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Nubra, Mohammad Yousuf, was the chief guest for the occasion. The event was attended by Panchayat members, goba and villagers of the village.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest and the officials stressed the importance of enrolling the children in government schools and appealed to the villagers to avail the facilities and benefits of various education schemes initiated by the government.
