LAHDC, Leh decides to use Bhoti language on milestone, signage

Leh, 7 Nov:- In a significant decision, LAHDC, Leh has decided to use Bhoti language on all the govt. and private milestones and signage.

Complying with the decision of the LAHDC, Leh and on the direction of CEC LAHDC, Leh Advocate Tashi Gyalson, Additional Deputy Commissioner Leh in a correspondence addressed to the Chief Engineer, Project HIMANK, Ladakh, Chief Engineer, Project Vijayak, Ladakh, District Superintending Engineer, PWD Leh and Assistant Commissioner Development Leh directed them to use Bhoti language as an additional medium of communication on milestone, signage(s) in addition to the existing languages within the jurisdiction of Leh district.
