Want Indo-China border tension to end: Rajnath Singh after ‘Shastra Puja’ in Sikkim

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said India wants peace along the border with China but also assured countrymen that Indian soldiers won’t let anyone take away an inch of land.

Singh made the remarks after performing “Shastra Puja”, the customary worship of weapons, in Sikkim near the China border on the occasion of Dussehra.

The “Shastra Puja” near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) comes amid the standoff with China in eastern Ladakh.
