Encroachment of State Land: Div Com directed Bla Adm. to remove encroachment or Face action

Baramulla 22 Sep : While taking a Strict action against encroachment of State Land Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has directed Baramulla Administration to remove the encroachment from Six Hundred Kanals of State Land at Sub Division Tangmarg of District. Sources told Current News Service, that after receiving complaint from residents of Halqa Lalpora Tangmarg regarding the selling of Govt land at Dobiwan and Lalpora area of Sub Division Tangmarg by a revenue official. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has sought detailed report from Concern revenue officials during which it has been Surfaced that More than Six Hundred Twenty Five Kanals State Land has been encraoched by Various Encroachers at Village Lalpora and Doniwan Villages of Baramulla District. Accordingly Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has Directed Tehsildar Kunzer to Remove all the Encroachments with fortnight at Doniwan and Lalpora villages and submit the compliance report to Divisional Commissioner otherwise action will be taken against them.
